These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase of products and use of the website operated by CLT Wholesale, a brand of Registix LLC (“CLT Wholesale,” “we,” “our,” “us”). By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these Terms.
We sell brand-new, in-box liquidation and overstock merchandise sourced from authorized retailer truckloads. Products are sold as new in original factory packaging unless explicitly stated otherwise. Product names, model numbers, and images are provided for identification; manufacturer specifications are owned by the respective manufacturers.
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change. The product price excludes freight and applicable sales tax, which are calculated and shown at checkout. Freight is charged at our carrier's ground LTL rate based on your delivery destination. Sales tax is collected where we are required to collect it (currently North Carolina). A card processing fee is applied at checkout and disclosed before payment. Quantities are limited and offered in limited weekly releases; availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed.
Payment is processed securely by Stripe. By submitting an order you authorize us (via Stripe) to charge your payment method for the full order total, including product, freight, applicable tax, and the disclosed processing fee. We may cancel and refund any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inventory unavailability.
Orders ship as LTL ground freight via our carrier (RXO) from our Cornelius, NC warehouse, generally within 24 hours of order, to the lower 48 United States only (no Alaska, Hawaii, or PO boxes). Estimated transit is approximately 2–7 business days by region and is not guaranteed. Delivery is curbside with a scheduled appointment. You are responsible for inspecting the shipment on delivery; if the carton is visibly damaged, refuse delivery or note the damage with the driver and contact us the same day.
Local pickup is available at 10847 Bailey Rd, Cornelius, NC 28031, Monday–Saturday 9:00am–5:00pm, at no freight charge. We will notify you when your order is staged for pickup.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, as products are sold at liquidation pricing well below retail. The sole exception is freight damage in transit: if your item arrives damaged, follow the inspection steps in Section 4 and contact us the same day, and we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Products carry the applicable manufacturer's warranty (for example, the Toro 3-year limited tool and battery warranty), to be honored directly by the manufacturer subject to its terms; register your product with the manufacturer on arrival. CLT Wholesale is a reseller, not the manufacturer, and makes no independent warranty beyond what is expressly stated.
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing and transactional text messages (e.g., deal-drop alerts and order updates) from CLT Wholesale at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not share mobile opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy for details.
The site and products are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CLT Wholesale and Registix LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue.
All third-party trademarks, logos, and brand names (including Toro and any sports-team marks) are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and authorized-resale purposes only. CLT Wholesale and Registix marks are owned by Registix LLC.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective upon posting; your continued use of the site or placement of orders constitutes acceptance.
