Freight is added at checkout based on your delivery state — use the calculator above for your exact all-in cost. We price freight at RXO's actual ground LTL rate from Cornelius, NC; no markup games.

All sales are final — no returns or exchanges. These are truckload-priced units sold well below retail, so we don't accept returns. Freight damage is different: inspect the unit on delivery and if the box is visibly damaged, refuse it or note it with the RXO driver and contact us the same day — see below.

Your mower ships as LTL ground freight delivered by RXO from our Cornelius, NC warehouse within 24 hours of order. Transit runs ~2–7 business days depending on region. Delivery is curbside with a scheduled appointment, liftgate and residential service included, full tracking throughout. We ship the lower 48 only — no Alaska, Hawaii, or PO boxes (the machine is too large for parcel). Cornelius-area pickup is available and skips freight entirely.

Inspect the carton when RXO delivers. If it's visibly damaged, refuse the delivery or note the damage on the driver's paperwork, then email us the same day with photos. We'll arrange a replacement at no cost. Final sale covers buyer's remorse — it never overrides freight damage in transit.

The third battery port lets you add an optional pack to push runtime toward 100 minutes and coverage up to about 1.1 acres.
